The villa has 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor, equipped with one bathroom each.
Ground floor bedroom
Fitted with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower. This room is also accessible by persons with disabilities.

Equipped with a king-sized bed for restful, rejuvenating sleep, private bathroom with a shower and a balcony with stunning views of nature and the sea.
1st floor bedroom (b)
Equipped with an extra-large bed that can be converted to two single beds - perfect for friends or children, private bathroom with a shower and a balcony with stunning views of nature and the sea.

Villa Entrance
The main entrance is flat and wheelchair accessible.
There is a slight height difference (approximately 5 cm) between the outdoor floor and the entrance, which is covered by a fixed mat to level the surface.
Living Room – Kitchen – Shared Spaces
The shared ground floor areas are fully accessible.
The living room opens to the yard and pool area through a patio door, with no steps.
The kitchen table has enough clearance to accommodate a wheelchair user.
Ground Floor Bedroom
The bedroom is wheelchair accessible.
There is flexibility to reposition the bed in order to provide more space for movement.
The layout can be adjusted to allow comfortable navigation and full wheelchair rotation.
Ground Floor Bathroom
The bathroom is step-free and unobstructed.
The support rail next to the toilet has been removed; however, it can be reinstalled upon request prior to arrival.
There is sufficient space for wheelchair movement and full turning.
Outdoor Area – Pool
The outdoor ground floor area on the pool side is fully accessible.
The pool is on the same level as the rest of the outdoor area.
There is no specialized equipment (e.g. ramp or hoist) for entering/exiting the pool. In this case, access is only possible with the assistance of a companion.
Parking Area
The parking area is flat and accessible.
The surface is made of compacted soil, allowing smooth wheelchair movement.
